Welcome to Grecco's Catering. We cater anywhere, anytime. From the beautiful Roman Grecco’s on the St. Croix restaurant, to an event center,  your office, or in your home, our team of professional staff will be there to ensure your catering experience and food is flawless.

We offer everything from buffet style, a formal six course plated sit-down dining experience, to a convenient at the office boxed lunch. Please enjoy Looking at our catering menu options. We are happy to customize any catering event as well.

In House Dinners:
Your Choice of 4 Pre-Selected Entrees. Also Includes House Salad, Rolls and Butter
Cost: $27.00
Add Dessert for $5.00

Buffet:
Cost: $25 per person
Includes: 1 meat selection, potato or rice, vegetables, house salad, rolls and butter
*Additional meat items $10 per person

Meat Options for Buffet:
Beef: Grilled Flank Steak, Sirloin Steak, or Roast Beef *Filet Mignon additional $10 per-person

Seafood:
Salmon stuffed with lobster, crab, and brie cheese, topped with lemon butter sauce, Herb crusted walleye, with brown butter sauce, or Parmesan and herb baked cod, with a spinach cream sauce.

Caviar:
Different gourmet appetizers with luxury caviar from the biggest US supplier Marky's - Latkes with salmon, creme and caviar, Roasted Potatoes with Caviar, Salmon Stuffed Eggs Recipe topped w/ Caviar and more. We use not only top caviars like osetra, sevruga, beluga but more affordable ones like domestic hackleback and paddlefish caviar.

Chicken Or Pork:
Chicken parmesan with tomato basil sauce, Chicken champagne with champagne cream sauce, or Rosemary crusted pork-loin with rosemary demi-glaze

Potato or Rice:
Garlic mashed potatoes, Potato gratin, or Rice pilaf

Vegetable:
Seasonal medley

Dessert:
We offer choice of Chef Selected Dessert for $7 per person A Desert Platter available for $6 per person (Mini Cheesecakes, Cream Puffs, Chocolate dipped strawberries)

Buffet Prices Include: 1 table, linens, chafers, plates and silverware

Chef Station Catering
Appetizer station: $25 per person
Includes 10 Different chef selected Hot and Cold Canapés (5 canapés per person)

Pasta station: $25 per person
Includes 2 varieties of pasta, three sauces and all the fixings

Seafood station: $25 per person
Hot and cold stations: Raw bar, sushi, stuffed salmon, starch and vegetables

Carved meat station: $35 per person
Meat Choice selections: Filet mignon, Sirloin steak, Flank steak

Discounts for multiple stations:
2 stations, 10% discount
3 stations, 18% discount
4 stations, 25% discount

Chef Station Includes:
Plates, silverware, napkins
